I've made a guide to make searching easier -- because the search bar is a total pain in the ass:

It'll be a lot faster finding results that way. =]

Its a joking with a c. Problem?
This is not an opinion to be voiced. Its against the rules to repost the same thread plus you used a section for questions and suggestions to rant in.
Also against the rules.
Ssssssshhhhh noobie,get used to it.

bullshit, if somebody wants to make a thread then let them,

oh and another thing to the rest of you, if someone makes a thread that was recently made, no one is forcing you to read them

If a thread's already made, it's normal if someone tells you to use search bar, what annoying is when a thread spammed with "use search bar" replies, I meant, someone already said it no need to spam same words -.- ("wrong section" is also the same, no need to repeat same words over and over)

Any way search bar is kinda useless 'cuz it's much better to make a new thread. Why? because if you just reply to old threads people won't bother read your post...... most people here in NB only read the OP's post.

To be honest.

:sy: The search bar is there for a reason, not to just stand there being fancy and just decorating the site.
Plus it's written in the rules that you have to use it before making a thread to avoid the forum being spammed over and over again by the same threads. Those take space that could have been used for threads that haven't been created before.
I copied this from the rules: "Search Button: Use it before making a thread. Someone else might have posted the same thing or asked the same question. There is no reason for repetition."

The question has been answered, it's part of the rules and people don't want to see duplicate threads all the time.

~thread needs to be closed~

Μπορείς άνετα να μας κλάσεις μία μάντρα.
Better now?

:leaves fail thread:

This is the 21st century, not Ancient Greece, moron. Am I supposed to be afraid of the Google Translate you used?

Best response in this thread.

So many contradictions in "Use the search button", it's funny.

Alright, enough argument. I agree with everything Caliburn mentioned and I want to add this: Changing just a small part of the topic to make it "different" doesn't always work. In general, if it's the same topic and the same arguments are happening, it's considered the same thread. Also, just because the title is different, doesn't mean the content is different.

We recommend you use the search bar because, more than likely, the answer to your quest for knowledge can be found by doing just that. There is a good chance that somewhere, at some point in time, someone asked the exact same question (or similar) that you did.

One of the problems is that often times, members don't properly title their threads so it doesn't show up immediately in the search feature. A question about Madara titled "???" won't show up if you start typing "Question about Madara." That's why I try to modify titles whenever I can to accurately reflect the content. The search feature was created for a reason and that reason is to prevent recurrent topics. If someone posts "use the search bar," there's a good chance there was a similar thread recently posted.
