They could use it while fighting a drunken fist user but they can not use it on their own.

I don't think it will be that useful even if they did copy it. Both Sasuke/Itachi tatjustu is more tactical then drunken fist. Drunken fist is just unpredictable.

I don't know...is the drunken fist really a style? Isn't it just a series of unpredictable moves? I mean, does it follow a pattern at all?

If so, then wouldn't the Sharingan only be able to copy the MOVES, but not the flow in which they must be executed?
