First off, let's look at their obvious physical similarities.

Orochimaru:

Sai:

You must be registered for see images

Notice how they have the same skin color that no other Naruto characters have and they have similar hair that sets the same way.

Also, Sai has no idea who his parents are so it is probably Orochimaru since he doesn't know that he has any kids.

Same techniques as well:

Orochimaru:

Sai:

Both of them also use Kenjutsu which is fairly unique.

Orochimaru:

There's many other reasons why Sai is Orochimaru's son but there's enough proof here. I think I am the first to figure it out before it is officially revealed.
