[Discussion] itachi samas stamina chakra reserves and illness

So I watching itachi vs sasuke again( yes I rewatch episodes in between manga releases) now what I realised is that in this fight itachi clearly outlasts sasuke.
Whenever there is a vs thread concerning itachi people(haters) always rush to say things like itachi has piss poor stamina or itachi has low chakra reserves but in this fight its clear itachi outlasts sasuke even after using tsukyomi,amaterasu a couple of times, and susanno
So even a sick, almost blind, on the brink of death itachi still outlasts a healthy,orochimaru infused sasuke. So guys itachis stamina and chakra reserves can't be that bad and am willing to bet they were great prior to his illness.
Oh ya and when tobi is sitted on the statue of madara before the sasuke itachi fight occurs he said itachi dosent have much time left and he also implied itachi being sick when he spoke to pain, So my question is how did freaking tobi know of itachi's illness when both black and white zetsu did not know considering zetsu is tobi's informat

Kimimaro's stamina stat is a 4.5, and he seemed to have the same illness.

Itachi obviously just has naturally low stamina...

Amaterasu and tsukyomi also consume lots of chakra besides I have seen oro perform the replecament tech over 3 times in a fight(the one against 4 tails kyuubi)

Sasuke isn't Orochimaru, the replacement technique drained him of all his cakra cause he really didn't do alot of techniques. MS techniques do consumes alot of chakra, like Itachi vs Sasuke and Danzo vs Sasuke. They seems to fought on will power knowin there bodies were in so much pain

We don't know that they had the same illness. Itachi was probably great in stamina without his illness. We'll never know though.

People also seem to forget that the most chakara draining tech during the fight is when Sasuke reversed Tsukuyomi which was amplified with his sickness etc....

When one's around a sick Itachi and he's coughing up blood, one would know, right? Even Kisame knew... so every other Akatsuki knew too...

Itachi can hold up against a lot of people mate... come on, stop underestimating Itachi just to put someone else down...

^^^ this. He used chakra with better efficiency... That why he's able to last longer with whatever chakra he has.
