The strongest character in generations

I will say no one is the strongest, why ?

Every characters in generations has a weak point, all of u guys knows that as well too. But it depends on which characters u battle with, example Part 1 tenten is weak against Kazekage Gaara. Sasuke susano's jutsu and pains jutsu is stronger than Masked mans jutsu, Amaterasu and shinra tensei can beat Masked mans jutsu.
It's really depends on which characters u fight with, example like Sasuke susano can beat every characters in generations, I say, no.

Pain is also a cheap CQC fighter, His attacks are fast and his ultimate is the most HAXXED due to its speed and ability to move freely/Guard yourself during the sequence If you know how to use pain you can make your opponent waste all their sub bars and get to work in less then 3 secs LoLxd
