Youre misunderstanding. Anyone would be done for if hit by Kirin. Itachi saying that doesn't mean sasuke>itachi. A statement of similar structure is Tobi saying how he would have been dead if itachi knew his hidden secrets. It does not mean itachi>tobi if you knew how to comprehend that situation

tsukuyomi argument is flawed since first encounter itachi and sasuke had was planned. He broke out of it with regular sharingan but in a genjutsu that had no real intention of putting damage but to put images in his head of something false is definitely going to be broken. In a fight where itachi doesn't care about sasuke, tsukuyomi would be used in a different manner. not saying he can't break it again but it will be more of a challenge that will most likely require sasuke to use ms/Ems.
I do believe sasuke is somewhat greater than itachi now with ems but it's because he has itachis eyes. Itachi has shown to be better than sasuke but it's fair to say sasuke can actually compete with itachi now.
And I believe both uchihas are better than A. A might be one of the fastest but the way he fights he can't work around people who will formulate 20 ways of beating him before he can think of one. In scenarios you put where he wins, that's your scenario without any consideration of how they act and fight.

Saucegay ran outta chakra before itachi did. Even though itachi is know for his poor chakra reseveres. Well then Saucegay must have the chakra reseveres of fodder ninjas.

He has poor chakra reserves agreed. I love how he lasted just as long as sasuke, actually long enough to pull off susano which at that time sasuke was backed up and out of chakra. His poor stats might be from his sickness but either way he knows how to be conservative
