Only people with the Double Mangekyo become blind?

I know despite the fact that the double Mangekyo is meant to be rarer then a single Mangekyo, we get many more DMS users than MS users.

Still though it seems to me that we have seen many DMS users fear blindness (3/4) than we have Single MS users (0/2)

Well kikashi rarely used it beacuse its risky and he doesn't have a lot a chakra

maybe it actually happens quicker if you have single EMS as the strain is on that eye and not spread over

Yeah I guess or maybe those with a single Mangekyo is like having a Single EMS, since both eyes sustain each other, when you have DMS you need two more MS eyes to sustain the ones you have.

xd i was talking about the guy who said Kikashi but you posted before me

and yeah not to mention it really depends on the use e.g. Amaretsu would take out one eye while Tsukoymni takes out the other

Maybe double EMS is most draining because you can use Susanno with it

Maybe kakashi having obito's eyes has to do something with it...

I've been thinking it has something to do with the transplant. Uchiha to Uchiha seems to produce EMS. But maybe its the concept of transplanting that frees the eye of its degradation. Kakashi may may not have EMS, but something along the lines of extended life of the eye at least. Maybe even an Uchiha-less form of EMS. Dunno but this has been bugging me for a while as well.
