It`s amazing how much power he has without Shukaku. First I was afraid that he would become some sort of weak office sitting kage after he lost him but he must have trained like hell to make up for chakra and power loss. As I mentioned before, I repect him the most of all characters.

circumstantial as deidara was his natural enemy and able to mix his clay in with the sand as well as exploit gaaras other weakness. as i recall he only used the shukaku arm. he didnt go to its full state, again because he had the citizens below to worry about
