Kakashi is easily high kage level!
Kakashi vs Ems Sasuke...
Amaterasu can be noticed by the change in air pressure and dodge by kakashi going underground. Kakashi has been praised for his speed by pain and many other times in the manga. Not saying he's one of the fastest ninja in naruto but Amaterasu id say is not all that fast seeing how sasuke almost out ran it. Now suaske can spam amaterasu and throw it like he did against the zetsu clones but that will only make it easier for kakashi to dodge or use his earth style to block it, or as a last resort kumai. I understand that kakashi wont be able to keep this up forever and sasuke may(i wouldnt be surprised) catch him with with and amaterasu, but that just depends on how the fight fans out. kakashi could block an amterasu with the earth style and use the cover to go under ground and attack from under suasnoo.
Suasnoo arrow i know is countered by kumai, and id also like to believe that the lighting blade can stop it. It can cut lighting which im sure is stronger than the arrow and kakashi doesnt require had signs to use that justu. Or he could also use his earth style to use that wall jutsu he always does. Suaske's already tried the arrow on kakashi a once so kakashi knows this attack now and can defend it.
Taijutsu wise id put kakashi a little ahead, or maybe tied. But sasukes lightning sword is countered by kakashi's lightning kunai so idk who that would end. Plus to be an ******* if kakashi wanted to he could use kumai on sasuke when he attacks withthe sword and take a arm. But sasuke could be an ******* and use amaterasu during taijutsu and take kakashi's life...so it depends on whos wants to be an ******* lol
Ninjutsu wise id put kakashi deffinitly ahead since he can use all elements and has the fastest hand seals.
Genjutsu wise obviously goes to sasuke cause he uses it more and probably still couldnt break that genjutsu that starts with a T that i dont know how to spell.
All in all id say that sasuke has the more difficult jutsu but kakashi has more brains and experience, he'll make less mistakes and places shadow clone jutsu very well. Suasnoo, Amaterasu, and arrows leans the fight more in sasuke's favor. But kakashi's is fool and wont be kill by most of these easily. Lightning attacks seal to be the element that peirces all the said to be unpeirce able defense, gaara's, the raikage's and just everything it comes in contact with in general. Im curious to see how susasnoo will react to lightning elements pericing tec like lightning blade. Kakashi's best bet for suasnoo is to attack from underneath it.
Kakashi is more versitile, smart and cool headed. Sasuke has more stamina, power but is hot headed.
