Sasuke 's Kirin Question.

Can Sasuke only use Kirin during a thunder storm or whenever he wants?

Just wanted to know since the only time he used Kirin it was raining.

Not true. With amateratsu sasuke can create storm clouds easy now. Itachi and sasuke combined created them but now sasuke can do it alone.

Well yeah if he manages to somehow change the atmosphere during a battle then i guess he could, but it would be pretty hard i think.

With 100% chakra he could probably create his own lightning one time.

No kirin can't be used without storm clouds... But that doesn't mean we won't see it again.
Sasuke can create a storm cloud easily if necessary in combat.

When I saw Sasuke walking in the rain I was like.. Kirin time!@ Guess not though >_>

But yeah IIRC he can heat up the atmosphere if need be and create his own lightning. Seeing as how he can use Amaterasu much easier now, it shouldn't be too hard of a task. Still take some prep time but I no longer thing it would be a non-factor in *all* of his battle. Well at least if he's near a forest or something.
