The 4ht raikgae is still to fast for sasuke's best attacks, taijustu wise he'll be able to dodge some but not all of A's attacks as we've seen and A's lightning sheild will Block any attack sasuke doesnt except amaterasu and chidori(maybe the true spear). A has already been seen to be able to crack a rib cage which sasuke will probably spend alot of time in so he doesnt waist chakra and A an blitz Suasnoo here and there to slowly break it. Suaske can guard with amaterasu sheild but he wont catch it every time. All in all A wins cause sasuke's only way to attack that will be effective is to use flame control and guard.

The 2nd is a very skilled Space time jutsu user so he can dodge both amaterasu and the arrows, once again sasuke's favorite and best attacks. He can create massive ammounts of water in almost an instint and change the battle feild in his advantage like he did against the 3rd. That way he can attack from under suasnoo with things like that water gun pokemon shit he does lmao and the bite of the water dragon. Not to mention sasuke is no sensor type and has no way of catching the 2nd in the bringer of darkness genjutsu. And to top it all off he's been named a genius an been fighting uchiha's a good portion of his life and knows alot of there fighting abilities. Sasuke knows little on the 2nd an could easily be out smarted.
