-Luxray allows you to pet him- Met him when he was a shinx. I saved him from a group of people that was beating him.(if you don't know the show pokemon, they evolve as They gradually grow stronger and as Luxray, it starts as a shinx from birth then evolves to Luxio then to Luxray) I saved him from those people and we became best friends
