I can't see him reaching through water dome, Tobi's ghost mode, shinra tensei and susano'o. Also killing Hidan and Kakazu isn't that simple. Basically he could only do it to Sasori, deidara and Konan, but since Konan can make herself paper she can put herself back together as can sasori.

hidan is easy as he is slow and brainless, sasori is dead in 1 hit to hs heart , deidara goes in 1 hit also , kakuzu will be some tough opponent , itachi if he gets him in genjutsu, shinra tensei has a cooldown , kisame cant form seals fast enough for water dome and konan cant go in physical form so she must stay as paper till it runs out of chakra

Lol at killing Sasori and Deidara with one hit, they both have 4.5 in speed, plus they are long range fighters. Sasori would destroy him with his Iron Sand from a long distance, and Deidara would fly on his clay bird and bombard him from above.

I'm not saying it would be easy for them, since Ay is not an easy opponent, but both of them can potentially beat him in a 1on1 fight.
