Can edo's use edo tensei?

Lets just say kabuto summoned the second hokage tobirama, Which i know is impossible because he is sealed, but lets just say kabuto summoned Tobirama using edo tensei and after he was summoned tobirama used edo tensei, Who would be in control of Tobirama's edo's?:shrug:
