I am sure anyone can find the shrine since we have the huyga clan and sensor in Konoha.There must be some elite ninja or some guardian that protect the shrine from entruder.The uchiha clan is already OP ,we know they can get sharingan,ms ,ems and rinnegan.People like orichimaru wanted the uchiha power for the longest while.Why Orichimaru never enter the naka shrine to understand the uchiha capabilities inorder to counter them to some extent in battle?
This make me conclude that whoever protecting the shrine maybe an ancient guardian of the shrine that also live long as the toad sage.I also belive the person will know everything that happen to konoha and what the uchiha clan were plotting.
Sasuke never visited the shrine since after the massacre.
