not impossible. teams i can think of
shisui and danzo - 3 KAs. shisui takes out madara. danzo takes tobi. danzo seals madara with reverse 8 trigrams.
kakashi and tsunade - with tsunade kakashi could keep spamming raikiri then warping it with kamui the moment tobi avoids it. not sure how this team can defeat madara though. maybe a massive kamui with tsunades chakra like the dust cube from onoki.
minato and kakashi - kamui rasengan to deal with tobi. death god to deal with madara.
BM naruto and minato - the fastest shinobis plus space time ninjutsu and sound genjutsu. naruto summons fukasaku and shima to paralyse madara. then mass clones + FTG tags destroy tobi.
kabuto w/ edo army and minato - obvious reasons.

hashirama >>> tobi

HAHAHAHA. of the two (rikudo and hashi) hashi could be on tobis team and still be useless
