WTH I'm very sorry dear but his name is not Teuchi Ichiraku. His name is "THE RAMEN GUY" Apparently we choose not to call him by his name nor know his name. So I'm going to need you to stop speaking such blasphemy. Making up names like that for this character in the Naruto series. It will cause less confusion. I mean we already call him Tobi. We don't need anymore names to him. If you know what I mean.
