Pain actually called himself a god and Madara practically thinks he's a god. Tobi is pretty arrogant and has the skills to back it up, so I put him in and Hiruzen was called a god among shinobi. Lastly, Hashirama because... well, he "defeated" Madara. Of the characters listed, which is more befitted to be called a god? U_U
