Wtf, if rinnegan is so great how come it sucks @ gengitsu? sharingan is more useful, large scale and small scale battles, rinnegan mostly comes in play during large scale battles, plus edo madara has turned to the sharingan more than rinnegan since his resurrection.

Sharingan is shown to have way more useful skills than the rin`negan its true, althou i think we havent seen the complete and full power of the rin`negan.

Of course if somebody is born with Rinnegan and hasn't trained, he will lose to a trained Sharingan user, but that's not the point. If you have sharingan able to use say genjutsu you should logically still be able to with rinnegan + alot more

Only if you evolved it in the way that Madara did. If someone has it transplanted then they can't use sharingan jutsu.

Rinnegan is very strong but, i think it mostly depends on the user, the rinnegan may be strong but if sasuke were to fight against nagato, sasuke EMS and nagato normal rinnegan, sasuke wins. so yes rinnegan is strong but the sharingan is also very powerful.
