Is this your top 10 favorite characters???? It had better be, because if this is your top 10 strongest characters it is the worst list I've ever seen. Sorry.

Also, to the OP, if that is also in order, it is a terrible order as well. And it's really weird to do a top 21. Why not a top 10? Or at least a top 15 or 20.
