Parents Of Minto Namikaze

Who do you think are the parents of minato namikaze?
Some believe him to be the son of Tsunade & Jiraya, which obviously isn't true.
While some think he is somehow related to 2nd hokage .
I intend to find the truth by asking all of NB members

Why is it so hard to believe that someone so powerful could have come from normal parents, I know Naruto has moved more in the direction of important heritage, but I find it refreshing to know someone powerful came from a family of nobodies and I for one hope it stays that way.

I have no idea who his parents really were, but many believe it to be Dan "Nammikaze" and Tsunade Senju. That's just a theory; there's not enough evidence to decide who his actual parents were.<3
