So after watching the fight with Tobi and Konan I figured that would be the best
Chance to see most of Tobis face. After watching it, right after he shifts his mask to the opposite side and half of his mask is blown apart you can notice his eyebrows. No I know this sound stupid but his eyebrows are very unique if you take a look at them. They have always been slanted with a very thin line at the end and it goes up at the end.
Take a look at this picture of Tobi fightinf Konan and look
Closely at his eyebrows and also Sharingan. Also, How could a Ninja as powerful as Tobi not have the MS or EMS. This proves it can't be Madaara nor his brother because they both had at least the MS.
Then take a look at this picture of Kagami Uchiha. They have the exact same eyes and eyebrows.
These eyebrows are nothing like any other feature on any other ninja in the shippuden world, except for kagami. Take a look at episode 253 At Tobi and Then also episode 211 and look at Kagami. They have the exact same hair, exact same eyes, and the exact same eyes untill Tobi transplants the Rinnegan in to his left eye. But prior to that he has the third level of sharingan. As far as we know Tobi does not posses the MS or the EMS all we see is the three totems in the sharingan and those are the exact same eyes Kagami has. So cosmetically he looks identical thus far. And also we do not know if he died when itatchi killed his clan members, because it is not known if he went missing before the massacre even happened. Tobi is seen to be around the age of 40-50 based on the wrinkles in his face which because Kagami was teammates with Danzo on his team with the second hogake. The second Hokages name was Tobirama or (Tobi for short) and Kagami idolized the second and was very skilled in the Space-time Jutsu. That jutsu had to of only been learned by one person which is the second Hokage Tobirama and thus proved Tobi had to of been involved with the second somehow, and it only makes sense that it was kagami Uchiha.
Another reason how it has to be Kagami Uchiha is remember how Itatchi planted Ameterasu in Sasukes Left eye for when he sees Tobis face again and looks in to his sharingan, well in order for that to work Sasukes had to of known Tobi and recognize his face and when Sasukes was a boy Kagami was around in the clan still.
Another reason pointing towards Kagami being Tobi is In episode 253 is Tobi admits to Konan that you must have the sage of the six paths in order to use izanagi, which as you know is the Uchiha and Senju power (light and shadow energy) well we already know that Tobi is an Uchiha so all that remains is to obtain the power from Hashirama Senju or in Tobis case Hashirama's brother which has the same power as his brother since he is a Senju. And as you already know Kagami's teacher was Tobirama Senju so he must of learned his power and obtained it from him. That is how he was able to obtain his six path power.
We know that Kishimotto likes to use symbolic parallelism and in this case there has been many cases where there is a special story with Nagato and Jiraiya, or Jiraiya and Naruto, Minato and Jiraiya, Asuma and shikamura, Kakashi and Sasuke, and I believe in Tobis case it is the second Hokage and Kagami ( AKA Tobi)
Now that all that is said I am pretty much 100% that there's no other person Tobi could be. Every thing about Tobi and who he is can be explained by being Kagami. Yes there are other reasons it could be other people like Madaara's brother, or Fugaka Uchiha, and even though it's not right even Obito, but nobody else fits as well as Kagami. Give me some feedback and what you think about my explanation.
