have a little search, read the rules and make sure no one has taken that avatar , simply quote the post , say what pic you want
If the konohamaru ones are taken there might be another one you like
Or just request an avatar to be made in this forum :

make a thread here and request one , preferably add a picture of the avatar you want and then people can edit it for you and make it look awesome like they did for mine
