Is it me, or do some poeple take the Naruto manga/anime to seriously?

I mean I see some people writing literally essays, on why or how one character is better than another, and most of the time its based strictly on opinion and preference. O.O If I'm correct, no character in Naruto is better than another. This is Kishi's vision, if he really wanted to, he could make Konohamaru solo Edo Madara. What would some of you say then? Just relax and ENJOY THE MANGA, no need for the crazy heated debates and fanboyism.

I think that they save that stuff on their computers and then pull it out as they need it.

I mean I'm a huge fan of Naruto, Bleach, DBZ, and many more. Anime has been with me since my childhood but you'll never see me writing a 1000 word essay on why one character beats another one, knowing all I'm writing is based on preference. It gets to a point where some people pass the fanyboy mark and start becoming obsessed with theManga. I've never seen anything like that before, no offense to anyone though.
