This is not a theory who Tobi is this about Tobi's body. Now this theory of mine is farfetched and i dont know if its true but to me it does seem possible.
Now where i begin starts with Tobi himself and what we know about him. We know that he has a body similiar to Zetsu's chemical makeup and he has the memories of Madara. Now we know Madara and Tobi do know each other that has been confirmed, but how is interesting and i will get back to that in time. Ok now here is where the theory really begins. My theory is that Tobi is a victim of Edo tensei. Now please bear with me. We know the 2nd hokage created Edo Tensei however it was incomplete and this is important because we dont know why it was incomplete. We also know that Madara does know how to use and summon Edo Tensei. I believe he resurected Tobi using this old method of Edo Tensie to bring Tobi back from the dead. I think that the 2nd hokages Edo Tensei doesnt have a complete body and that it detiorates over time and that is the difference between his and Orochimarus. Now this is where Zetsus cells come in handy. I think Madara created black zetsu first and used one half for tobi to keep him stable and then uses the white half to feed the stability of his body. Now when Kabuto showed Tobi Madara he truly feared him and its clear, but why fear madara? If he knows everything about him then why? My answer is that Madara put a talisman in Tobi which gave him Madaras memories and control over Tobi when Madara gets resurected again. If this is true then it makes perfect sense for Tobi wanting to learn Edo Tensei but more importantly how to stop it. He was very persistent to stop it. Why? So that way he can be free from Madaras control. Now Tobi doesnt know be can free yet, but he does know the seals now and can be free just like Madara. I know its a long read guys but please let me know what you think.
