sorry if this is a noobish question or anything but I was reading the new chapter and I noticed when kakashi went to try to get rid of the ten tails and his sharingan failed at the bottom right panel it looked like he figured out or realized something about the ten tails and I was wondering what it could be.

He says "Don't tell me" like he realized some disatrous secret about the ten tails.This is kinda bugging me and I just wanted to point it out....sorry if this question has already been answered or something just curious...

There has always been a relationship between the left and right eyes regarding Sharingans, that's why they are swapped in pairs. Sasuke can use Amaterasu with his left eye, and cancel it with his right. I think it's the same for Kakashi and Tobi, except their eyes are opposite of each other. I don't think Tobi is obito, but I do think he has his eye. If anything Kakashi is starting to realize a possible connection between the two.

Assuming Tobi is someone using Obitio's eye/body, how could someone take Obito's crushed eye from under the crushed rocks.. I just don't understand it.

If obito was truly "crushed" to the point of his eye being unusable, he would have been instantly killed. He wouldn't have been able to converse with kakashi. Did some vital organs take massive damage? Absolutely. But if Obitos eye was crushed, it would also mean his brain would have been turned to dust as well.

I always assumed he took fatal damage, but the rocks were way too big to move to even attempt medical ninjutsi.

No i dont think so. If he did use it on kakashi then kakashi wouldnt be able to use kamui on the kunai that was targeting naruto. i think kakashi realized kamui wont work on ten tails because it is too strong.
