the 2 kekkai genkai's i would combine would be shikotsumyaku and byukugan. u get the insight of the hyuga, the almost impenettrable defense ,and the ability to shutdown chakra with a skeletal frame that is resistant to any type of physical attack this would give u the absolute toughest attack to stop because u could lets say knock sasuke out of his susanoo with dance of the seedling fern and shut down his chakra with 64 palms. defensively u could just fortify your blind spot with a layer of bone that is as hard as tempered steel

for the record rinnegan is a development of sharringan that takes a lifetime to achieve look at real madara ems is a development of sharringan so the kekkai genkai sharringan counts which has to be developed from normal eyes to sharringan than developed to mangyenko sharringan than traded with someone else who has MS to get eternal mangyenko sharringan than developed even further to rinnegan

until we find out otherwise i am of firm belief that nagato's eyes were madara's eyes
