Why Bee seems useless in this fight?

Why have i the impression that i've not seen Bee/Hachibi fighting himself since a while. The only thing i remember from him is when he punched the Gedo Mazo, but besides from that, why is he just siting there and doing nothing. Only looking what others are doing or what is happening. Why does he even stay in Hachibi mode if he is that useless? Why doesn't he transform back in normal mode so that he could help with his kenjutsu style really difficult to handle or Samehada to absorb chakra or something. Why Kishi does that? I think his power could help :shrug:

Explain what he could've done to beat Tobi? In his Hachibi form he helped lauch Kakashi and Guy to help Naruto, a Bijuu dama would've did nothin but kill his teammates.

No one said he could beat tobi....and also he said in his normal form...

He can launch Kakashi even in normal state. Remember what he did when Gai was about to fight Kisame. He can project you by transform his arms. Like you also say Bijuu dama from that far distance won't help a lot since it could not even touch Tobi(with S/T) and it could kill his teammates and it's another reason why he must transform back in normal state. But now that i think about it, in Hachibi mode, he can in the contrary attack Gedo Mazo with it, right?

I don't really see what he would've done to hurt tobi, all his swords would've been useless and yes Bee could've Bijuu dama the Gedo mazo I don't think Naruto em would've been affected by the blast, but then again if bee was chargin up for a ttb tobi would've warp the gedo mazo away or absorbed the blast

You seem to forget all three battles are going on at once.Not everybody can fit into the roughly 16 pages kishi dishes out each week.Killer bee has been fighting the entire time.The battle just started focusing on Tobi fight the only person that got real panel time was Guy and Naruto this chapter tobi clearly states that he went after guy first.Wait unti; next week where Kakashi and Bee get a chance to swing a fist or two.Jeez.Don't be a noob and downplay Killer Bee simply because Kishi decided to give someone else screen time for the moment.

In Bijuu form bee is to large making him to big of a target in this battle also being as big as he is,his attacks would be to slugish to hit Tobi.

Bee would bee more usefull in v2 mode to try to help other to hit Tobi with his taijutsu and samehada.

Not enough manga pages to show EVERYONE fighting all the time. But 8 tails has helped here and there. If you want to see more of him fighting, I'm sure it'll be in the anime when they have to draw the fights out longer
