If Madara gave his Rinnegan to Nagato before his death, when he was revived, shouldn't he have been blind, since when you're edo'd, you take the appearance as of when you died.

Didn't Tobi take nagatos eyes? If so why does Edo Nagato still have rinnegan?

Because Nagato was dead when Tobi took them. I'm saying if Madara really gave them to Nagato before he died, when he was revived by Kabuto, he should of had no eyes.

Wrong. That isn't Nagato in the pannel, that was Nagato's dad yelling. You can go and watch the Anime for confirmation.
The last Databook came out before Pain fought with Naruto, which was before Tobi said he gave Nagato the Rinnegan. Obviously Kishi wouldn't put "Nagato's Rinnegan was given to him" in the Databook if it hasn't even happened in the Manga yet. Its like it stating who Tobi actually is when we don't even know his true identity in the Manga yet.

but he did awaken it, he is shown to have normal eyes, which THEN turn into the rinnegan, and then he reverts back to normal again,
I mean its kind of flippin hard to walk around 24/7 when your a kid
with the legendary doujutsu and no one say "hey whats up with your eyes man"
I mean come on!
and as you've shown it shows Nagato with normal eye's, turn to rinnegan then back again.

Kishi will probably reveal exactly when Tobi gave him the eyes though so we'll just have to wait.
