A lot of people are mentioning the summons of Kage level ninja who have one of a kind summons that most wouldn't be able to summon. (Enma, Edo Tensei's and Hanzo's salamander) But what I'm trying to say is there are tons of toad summons for practically every situation and it seems that pretty much anyone could summon a toad. I mean Naruto could summon Gamabunta while he was still a genin, so it could lead someone to believe that pretty much any level of ninja could summon a toad and basically just let the toads do all the fighting and thinking for them.

He was only able to do so using what kurama's chakra so technically gama is a kage level summon:flaw:

Just because he used the nine-tails chakra doeasn't mean it's a Kage level summon. :sy: We don't actually know exactly how much chakra it required.
not true, during the anime you actually see Naruto use the foxes chakra, it's how he summoned Gamabunta because during the process he used too much chakra, so I think it's pretty clear that unless you've absurd amounts of chakra you can't summon him, and even if you can, there's no guarantee he'll listen to you
What I was trying to say is that we don't know how much chakra he used. Yes, he used the nine-tails chakra but that doesn't clarify much.
Besides, there are other OP toads than just Gamabunta.
We all know for a fact that anytime Naruto taps into the foxes chakra he gets a substantial amount, and never has anyone other than him or Jiraiya, who was also known for his reserves, summoned the really big toads, so the average ninja will never know what that's like

but minato summoned 3 of the really big toads at the same time and then transported a tbb...
