not necessarily he can create and destroy things jutsu related but jashin is a god and jashinism requires the use of rituals

Ya know who else is a god? Juubi. Ya know who beat the Juubi? So6P. We don't know what Jashin can do, if he even exists. Hidan's immortality was the result of experimentation by a cult to Jashin, not Jashin himself.
