Toads Are OP Summons

So earlier I was thinking about the various summons in the NU, and it came to me that toads stood out from all of them and that if you compare them to some, they are OP as fuq.

First of all, it seems that there is a variation of toad for almost every single situation you could come into. Toads can do practically everything a shinobi can as good or even better in some situations. There are also some that are extremely smart which just adds to their OPness.

You have giant toads like Gamabunta, who can use ninjutsu and taijutsu and smash shit to pieces. You have other toads who are capable of using weapons, and some can even use genjutsu. They have also shown the ability to use ninjutsu combinations with Naruto and Jiraiya. I mean seriously, WTF. There is basically nothing that a shinobi can do that they can't so basically if you can summon toads you are essentially just summoning more shinobi to fight alongside you. I haven't seen ANY other summons that can do the things that toads can, I could list a thousand different reasons that they're OP but I'll spare you the wall of text.

Anyway, leave your thoughts below. I'm actually surprised I haven't seen anything about this on the forums before.

haha youre right. but i think all the summons know a little but of ninjutsu.

like kakashis dogs are even certified ninjas.

and sasukes hawk was smart enough to catch danzos wind shuriken and had good enough aim to cut off danzos arm even though sasukes neck was right next to danzos arm

That is a reanimation jutsu not technically an animal/reptile summons.

I wouldn't say OP, did you see Katsuya? It's virtually indestructable, and could very easily turn into one of the most OP things on Naruto period if it turned mean, just imagine a bunch of slugs crawling all through your innards up to no good, Katsuya could be deadly if she wanted too, and toads have had their asses handed to them on more than 1 occasion, but I'd say Katsuya is more deadly to the average shinobi.

Not at all. If any summoning is op i think its Danzo's salamander summoning.

Not really a summon but I guess you could think of it that way.

The most tricky summon remains, in my honest opinion, Cerberus. I'd also add Nagato's Chameleon summon, Katsuyu, Ibuse and Emna to the list of tricky summons.

All summons can mold chakra without handsign the just have the hands to do something if they have a head master every summon can use jutsu

remember when Tsunade gave her chakra to Katsuya and it pretty much became omnipresent and covered all those villagers during Peins rampage? Just imagine if katsuya were to spray that acid on everyone she covered, it's totally OP to hell and back, honestly if it can do that then most average shinobi stand no chance at all

A lot of people are mentioning the summons of Kage level ninja who have one of a kind summons that most wouldn't be able to summon. (Enma, Edo Tensei's and Hanzo's salamander) But what I'm trying to say is there are tons of toad summons for practically every situation and it seems that pretty much anyone could summon a toad. I mean Naruto could summon Gamabunta while he was still a genin, so it could lead someone to believe that pretty much any level of ninja could summon a toad and basically just let the toads do all the fighting and thinking for them.

yeah if the chunin exams had happened like 2 months later and naruto had gamabunta he wouldve won the whole competition with no difficulty
