Seriously current tobi is basically his own powers plus nagato since all of nagato's powers were from the rinnegan. And as i said tobi without rinnegan can defeat all known kazekages.

The Tobi that pretty much fought minato there is no way, they are in the desert first of all so there's an unlimited source of sand also since gaara and the 4thK pretty much have the same moves then there's no way he would escape repeatably with all the sand around him
