Itachi>Kabuto and this is why

Itachi(Alive not Edo) would murder Kabuto in any form. One way: Susano'o. He would just hit Kabuto with the Totsuka Sword and seal him in the Gourd. Another way would be to use Tsukiyomi leave him there then kill him in the real NV. Or Itachi would use his speed and Katon techniques. If that didnt work... He would use Amaterasu.

Susano'o: He has the Totsuka Sword, The Yata Mirror, and a Shield that deflects most of anything but some.

Amaterasu: An instant black flame of hell that doesnt stop burning until it completely burns off what area the eye is focused on.

Tsukiyomi: It puts him in an alternate dimension of his ( I guess thats what you could call it) and he would be mentally damaged further than he already is.

Speed: He is somewhat of a fast character of the NV.

Katon: He is a skilled expert with his elemental.


Now on Kabuto:

Edo Tensei: Itachi would do the same thing he already has done so that wouldn't work.

Sage Mode: He has a couple justu that might leave Itachi tired and might get the upper-hand for a short while but Itachi would recover.

Sound 5 and Orochimaru justu: The only thing that might let him win would be Tayuya's genjustu unless Itachi could break out of it through unknown means.

Kabtuo no longer has Sage Mode or anyone else's justu so Sound 5 and Orochimaru & Sage Mode doesnt matter.

Overall I still believe Itachi> Kabuto.

I am not an Itachi fanboy dont post and say I am. I rather Madara Uchiha over anyone but I can face facts and saying that Kabuto would beat Itachi is not one of them.

This was made due to the idiots that say Itachi would die in a 1v1 between him and Kabuto.

If it's the Kabuto that fought Itachi I'll have to respectfully disagree and say that Kabuto would beat him. Most of Orochimaru's powers + Sage Mode + the Sound 5's power + some of Taka's abilities is already a huge threat to deal with and this isn't including Edo Tensei. Amaterasu would be considered fodder before body shedding, and Tsukuyomi was already countered by him in the manga, so honestly another Izanami or SoT sealing attack is the only way for him to go. Heck he needed Sasuke's help to break Tayuya's genjutsu. If it's current Kabuto than I don't know the limit of his abilities yet.

People fail to realize that Tayuya's genjutsu can be broken by many means. And for a genjutsu god like Itachi, saying he CANNOT is total foolishness.

So, how sound or any genjutu can be broken who does not have sharingan?
the answer is by experiencing pain. Now, how can he inflict himself pain when he is in paralysis genjutsu? by using Susanoo. coz that didn't need moving any body part. He can use susanoo to inflict pain to himself.
