If Gaara won the battle between deidara, and killed him. Then that would mean that Gaara would have kept his 1 tailed beast inside of him right? So if he still had it then wouldn't he have to go to the same island in the hidden clouds with Naruto even if he was a kazekage? And there he would master the tailed beast chakra with Naruto? If that were true that would be sick!:ice:

That would be the most OP three-man cell ever haha. But I think Akatsuki would have sent stronger people in deidara's place. Which means Kisame and Kisame is possibly Gaara's worst possible matchup in all of the Narutoverse since:
1) he can suck all the chakra out of Gaara's sand making it useless
2) he can make Gaara's sand harder to manipulate by wetting it (not unusable just slower)
3) Has water techniques on a similiar scale to Gaara's massive sand techniques so Gaara can't really OP him easily
4) If Kisame got water dome up it would be very bad for Gaara
