Could 7th Gate Guy beat SM Jiraiya

It's weird but Kisame didn't get blitz. He got overpowered. In every manga, even if your faster then your opponent, it doesn't guarantee you the win. One of the best exemple is the Negi vs Jack Rakan fight of the manga Mahou Negima Sensei. There's also the Natsu vs Jellal fight (Jellal is one if not the fastest char. of the Fairy Tail manga and not once did he win because he's faster).

Sorry but Naruto is not a one trick phony :flaw:. Naruto has sage mode, kyubi mode and Bijuu mode now which increase a lot his speed, strength and durability. Also, shadow clones and rasangan include many variations. He has like more then 10 different rasangans that all have different effects on the opponent. Guy is a one trick phony, even if is taijutsu in gates is like ninjutsu, it still remains TAIJUTSU. Jiraiya would beat Guy because he's an overall better char. by far.

Jiraiya: Great in taijutsu, powerful ninjutsus and genjutsu via Ma and Pa. Sage mode, great defense and a genius/sannin.

Guy: Phenominal taijutsu + gates= one trick phony. Not very smart.

Guy has speed, durability, strength just like naruto more actually, your point is stupid. rasengan is a rasengan simple as that. the normal one get the job done and naruto really only has two 1.some just different size and 2.rasenshuriken

Guy is deadly at all ranges. afternoon tiger beat giant water shark missile and A.T. is only taijutsu which proves Guy's taijutsu can be better than ninjutsu. tbh A.T. CAN'T REALLY CAN'T BE CLASHED. No ninjutsu can beat it in a clash battle

This is Naruto not some other manga and in this one if someone doesn't have speed close to their opponent or some great defence to stop/hold off they have no chance. Not saying J-man gets blitz instantly. Just when Guy stuns him or gets an opening

Give me the page where it says that Afternoon tiger can't be beat in a clash :flaw:. I already stated why Jiraiya would win in a previous post. Also, kisame didn't get speed blitz in his last fight with Guy, he got overpowered. Let's not forget that Afternoon tiger wasn't strong enough to kill a weakened Kisame.

Then most, if not all top tier ninjas wouldn't get blitz instantly since they all have great defences. The only char, that showed the ability to speed blitz anyone was Minato. That's the main reason why I don't like that much this character.

didn't Guy blitz Kiame in their 2nd fight and when they first met? Yes! He couldn't blitz him the 3rd time cause he summon 1000 sharks and needed the scroll and was tolod not to kill him plus he was under water :flaw: and kisame was not weak. He stole a ton of bijuu chakra and the other guys chakra and got built like a body builder so what are you talking about?:flaw:

I never said Guy would kill Jiraiya with A.T. just knock him out then blitz him. Daytime tiger was shot under water and it went throw a giant water shark and blew everything away what ninjutsu can it in a clash honestly i can't think of 1 rasenshuriken obvously does stand a chance what els is there... kirin? That's lightning and it's weak against it.

7th gate Guy's speed is most likely faster than base minato's pure speed and if you can get rid of his kunai he can't teleport. someone like kisame can drown them under water or someone can try and destroy them. If someone gets caught of guard or stunned for a second they can be blitzed by fast characters.

i could go either way but in sm you dont feel pain so if guy attack dont kill jman jman will be walking off
but 8 gates hurts the body so if jman can hold the fight out he wins
but guy can one shot him in 8 gates
