Personality
Barry Allen is very friendly, always finds a way to make jokes, and pretty much laughs at everything, he can become very serious fairly quickly depending on the situation, but always finds a way to have 'fun'.

Background Information
History
Only things known about Barry Allen is that he was born in Sunagakure, raised in the Hidden Sand Village until the age of 10 and then left the village with his parents. At age 11 his parents and him called Amegakure their permanent home, Barry then became a ninja for the Hidden Rain Village and was branded the name 'The Flash' for his unbelievable speed.
