Well Kid Minato was able to take out cloud jounin seamlessly when they capture Kushina. The only thing we have really seen from kid Minato is speed, intelligence and taijutsu, which can be a deadly combo in its own right. But with that said Kid Naruto has 1-tail fox shroud, so I have to give it to Naruto.

You have to specify which Naruto it is.

There's the Naruto in the Zabuza arc, the Naruto in the chunin arc, the Naruto in the Tsunade arc and the Naruto in the rescue Sasuke arc.
