I could care less about graphics, my favorite game is Ocarina of Time and the graphics are obviously outdated but it's the gameplay and how much fun I have that matters to me.

Your first comparisons captions don't make sense. You are comparing something that you just say has shitty graphics to something that you just say has great gameplay. You shouldn't focus on a negative for one and compare it to a positive for the other.

To me gameplay is king. Ocarina of Time is one of the greatest games of all the time and it is old school. So is Majora's Mask. I actually replayed OoT and playing Majora's Mask again now.

OP: Are you asking our opinion on Graphics/Gameplay, or if we want an HD Collections for all 5 Ultimate Ninja games?
Getting it out of the way, yes, I want an HD Collection of all 5 games on my PS3 (even though that seems really useless adding all 5 when the stories are basically the same, and the first 3 games you can get used for less than $15 together)
The former, well, it depends. I would like it if a game has both awesome presentation and graphics, but also fantastic gameplay. Graphics aren't really important to a game, just as long as it has a good presentations. This includes games like Journey, Minecraft, and several others. Of course, if you're literally going for a Hollywood-blockbuster type game, then you better bet your arse you need jaw-dropping graphics, as presented by the Uncharted series, and the Batman Arkham ?? games. And gameplay? Look at Final Fantasy XIII. Pretty graphics, horrible presentation (linear corridor walking game, no overworld map), and not so good gameplay (a lot of people complained that the game plays for you, but I personally found it decent enough).
Jaw-dropping graphics + Awesome presentation + Fantastic gameplay > these 3 being separated
