Submitting kekkei genkai and kekkei tōta

Is it possible to submit custom kekkei genkai or kekkei tōta? In my case, it is kekkei tōta.

And where do u submit them? In custom jutsu thread?

I need to know so in the future, I can submit without fretting.

And to add to that you have to be sage rank(10K posts) and you have to have passed the sage mission assigned by nexus

Custom elements can be seen as elemental KG or KT. Physical abilities or traits that pertain to your body or its specific abilities are KG that can only be submitted into a Custom Clan. Both require more posts and requirements than you currently have but you can check them in the Jutsu section or the RPG Character Biography Section
