I was on the Third Raikage's page on Narutopedia and it led me to wonder, why did he teach Darui the secret art of Black Lightning, yet not his own son A?

Any thoughts?

As far as I was concerned Black Lightning is just an advanced Lighting technique eg Lightning Release: Black Panther

He may of had a different bond with Darui, he taught his son Lightning Release Armour, probably something else to his partner and this tech to Darui

I'm, sure there were other people he cared about not just his son xd

A already had a lot of strong jutsu didnt really need it and he knew or at least thought darui would be A's body gaurd so he taught him that tec to protect his son ...probably thats why also A is not the smartest dude ut there lol

Then wouldnt be called Storm Release: Black Panther? plus as far as we know Darui is the only one with Storm Release

The answer is: Stamina! Darui had the proper base stamina/chakra reserves to cope with black lightning.

yea A def has the chakra for it buyt like i said he had so many other bad ass tecs he didnt relly need it and his right hand man needed some tecs that were strong but different from A'S

I think it's because it suits Darui better, A was focused on nothing more than strengthening his Raiton shield, and would rather go in close quarters using highspeed. Darui already had Gale style and black lightning better complements his style, as he is used to using primarily chakra based projectiles

OT: Something tells me Darui and A are much closer than a simple Leader/Follower relation. (Calm down) I mean as in they were friends longer than A has been the Raikage.
