Was not down playing the availabilities of a gay couple! just that in a normal family there are certain things that only a father or mother can provide for a child.
Like children relate differently to their mum and dad! so ideally although not always possible a child should be raised by a mum and a dad not 2 of each

Mutations are what cause evolution, a mutation is what causes differences in genes which allows evolution. If it isn't a mutation, it can't be a evolution.

evolution = responsive mutations to environment, conditions etc.
random mutation is something else, that isn't passed down for long, such genes die out. Homosexuality exists since ever thus isn't a flaw

Euhm, sorry but I have to disagree with you on the second point. Pedophiles do harm the child when they actively go after it. Gay people don't harm each other when they flirt with each other. Consent between two gay people is something entirely different than between a child and a grown up adult, because between the latter there can't be any consent.

I didn't say it was a wrong mutation or a flaw, I just said it may be due to a mutation. If it really was a flaw or had an negative impact on human survival, it wouldn't have lasted, I know this. There is no benefit or particular negative impact to mutating in this way so it cannot be a response to the environment and cannot be evolution.

I mean viewing pictures, child porn and such. Seizing children is as you said, harming others. Seriously though, one can very easily make a case for paedophiles having similar beliefs/feelings to homosexuals.
