There's a new interview with Kishimoto on Saiyan Island. He said that the manga was suppose to end in a year and a half, and he already has a set mind on the ending, but because the events are not exactly going as he wants, and that he still hasn't figured out the events that will lead to his exact planned ending, Naruto might go on longer than originally though. Plus, he mentioned that he still hasn't shown anything special for Kakashi, which is probably something a lot of people have been wanting since he mentioned that a long time ago.

Meeeh naruto won't die after the manga is over. People still discover it every day and like to discuss it with those who are at the same point in reading. I started reading naruto back in April this year and know people who read it since they were like 9, so it doesn't matter.

Hmmm....if this happened...then None of us broke the cycle of hatred that jiraiya had mentioned....we would all be no better than the previous ninja in the naruto universe..flamming each other...feeding eachother negative energy which has no purpose on here...Thats my point of view...
