That is how edo tensei works... you are revived at the time of your death. Itachi died WITH his eyes so he was revived with them, even though Sasuke took them it was after his death. Madara obviously died WITH rinnegan because he has it now

kabuto did some enhancements on madara and did some mutations with hashirama dna on madara

you can modify their bodies like how deidara body and madara body was modified.

Meaning that it's not a certainty that they are revived as they were when they died, right? Otherwise Kakuso would have been unable to use Ninjutso as his body was hit by Naruto's Rasengan Shuriken.

So this means that they do not come back as they died. So your argument is invalid.
