3. 1st hokage Hashirama Senju no hand sign heals and wood style
4. 2nd Tsuchikage Mu & 2nd Mizukage i tied these 2 kages because in life they killed each other jutsu's speak for themselves
I will propapbly get hell because i dont have 2nd are 4th hokage on list but not enough info on either.
why not 4th i like flying thunder god but if he gets caught in 2nd mizukage's genjutsu boom not sure if he could detect mu and he can be struck just watch how nine tails put his claws right through his back basically killing him.
why not 2nd hokage not enough info we do know he was killed by 20 cloud ninja it took 10,000 to kill the raikage over 3 days and i also like space time ninjitsu as well as darkness genjitsu he also has edo tensei but he won't use it becasue he ruled it kinjutsu

head up who can beat him the 4th raikage has all his techniques (except black lightning) and the techniques the 4th has are weaker than the 3rd. the 4th raikage who is pretty damn powerful looks like yamato in comparison to the first hokage thats why the 3rd raikage is number 1

bringer of darkness was the 2nd hokage's jutsu and wood is probably weak against lightning seeing as which earth is weak against lightning and well water amplifies electricity.
Wood is made up of water and earth. advantage raikage's black lightning.

I mean he took very little damage against a Rasenshuriken and wind is his weakness the only known way to beat him is to make him hurt himself

Ummm Bringer of Darkness was actually used by Hashirama. Tobirama only used it in the anime. I understand your reasoning as to why lightning has an advantage over wood, but until we see it, we cant really say that!
