maybe Tobi isnt an uchiha. mayb he jus transplanted the eyes. mayb a non uchiha cannot create susanoo and amaterus... so tht is y mayb Itachi thot sasuke cud defend himself wit susanoo n attack wit amaterus. tobi has neva been shown using these powers... neither did danzou!

It's possible that he's not an Uchiha, but it's inconclusive either way. Just because he hasn't been shown to use susanoo or amateratsu doesn't mean he doesn't have them. Lack of evidence is not evidence.

No he doesnt because he lost an eye while fighting with Konan. (Sorry cant explain deeply, please read the fight between them)

He doesnt hav EMS, n he still hasnt said the use of the need for sasuke.
Plus, he insisted soooooo much for Sasuke to have the EMS because of a reason. n tht reason my friend is making me ask this question.
