So idk how close this could be but in a nut shell I'm thinking Tobi will succeed in his moons eye plan but sasuke could possibly deactivate it with his ems.. and save everyone? Idk just a random sleepless night kind of thought.

Sasuke kills Tobi and releases the infinite tsukuyomi, obtains the rinnegan, then he will head for the leaf to destroy it then naruto saves the world.

Yeah... I don't think so... sorry. If Tobi achieved his Mugen Tsukuyomi then Sasuke would be caught in it too... we have no idea if his Eternal could see through it, hell, Sasuke might not even know if he was caught!
