Saeko: Lets skip the introduction shall we?

As you come into my view, I quickly wave my hand and release blades of wind towards you, which is intangable and almost naked to your eye. Traveling at high speeds towards you to cut you in half.

(Fūton: Kaze No Yaiba) - Wind Style: Wind Blade

Description: A blade of wind that is unblock able due to wind intangibility.

Immediatly as I released the wind from me to you, I create a sphere of water that forms directly under you. As the jutsu is quick and swift, the sphere will form fully engulfing you before the wind blades actually penetrate you. However it is timed so that soon as the sphere forms, the wind blade penetrades the water and cut you in half, as you are suffocating within the water.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source

As the sphere forms, just incase you some how decides that you want to mvoe away, I create particals of electricity all around the sphere, shocking you in place. Making you unable to move and get a hit from my blade of wind.

(Tenbun Bisento) - Destiny Bisento

Description: This bisento as seen in the image below, is about 1.5 meters long with a 30cm blade on the end. It was forged as a gift for the sage of the sixth paths, made from an unknown metal that made it indestructable. A special red leather bandage has been wrapped around the staff where the user will hold it, to help improve their grip.

Staff abilities:
Indestructable
(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation (B rank wind) can be used through the blade on the staff and gains one rank when doing so and can go up to mid range.
(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return can be used through the staff like it was seen being used through a sword and gains 2 ranks when doing so, meaning it can send back A ranks and below.
Bisento can dispel a Raiton jutsu up to B-Rank once per battle (this is done by the user channeling his Raiton chakra into the staff and hitting the jutsu with it, which disrupts, dispels or stops the jutsu) and/or dispel/disrupt/stop 1 complete A-Rank Raiton jutsu once per battle (with the same principle).
Kenjutsu techniques can be used through the blade on the end of the staff as it was a sword originally that was forged into the staff but only to a certain extent. (Such as blowing wind on the blade, releasing a chakra wave ect)

Resctrictions:
-All abilities of the staff count towards the move count and don't require hand seals if the user is holding the staff on his hands.
-When used to counter 1 B-Rank technique it can only be used again to counter another B-Rank.
-While holding the staff in his hands, the user can't use genjutsu as their chakra will be continuously channeled into the staff when holding it, and so the user can't focus their chakra into the opponent to create the genjutsu as they would normally do.
-To wield the staffs abilities the user must have it with him either in hand or strapped to his back.
-The staff can only be wielded by The Pervy Sage; if someone else tries to wield the staff it will become blazing hot burning all the leather burning who ever is holding it.

As you release your wind, i can easily see it with my Rinnengan. As i do, i focus my chakra into my staff using:

(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return

Description: This technique is used to counter a Wind attack launched against the user. Originally used by Kujaku in conjunction with her sword, the user will need to perform a series of handseals to amplify chakra and then he will split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex thrown at him, in order to re direct it towards the opponent.
Note: It can block only up to B rank wind jutsu.

Sending back your wind back at the both of you stopping your second jutsu. As i send your wind back at you, i use:

Description: The user after performing Dragon → Tiger will summon a large amount of water that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. It has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent.

Summoning the water infront of the wind being sent back at you making a 2 element combo to hit both of you. I can still control the water through the use of my second technique.

This happens before you make your clones. I then take control of the water i created, as it's about to reach your previous location with the wind, and control it to use:

(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast

Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

Creating the water beast that is flying at you, that release a B rank stream of water at the both of you as you're in the air, where ever you are, while you deal with the spikes.
