that the hokage doesnt use fire style jutsu?

every other kage uses the element thats in their name except for tsunade. hiruzen was a heavy fire style user and 1st and 2nd look like they used a little bit of fire style. i bet even minato could produce a fire style fireball jutsu but tsunade just kicks people and stuff.

Tsunade mainly uses taijutsu... I have never seen her use any jutsu that deals with changing of chakra element or manipulating form...She just punches, slaps and kicks like Sakura

They didn't, simple as that.

For one, you specialize in chakra natures. Hashirama specialized in earth and water, creating wood. Tobirama specialized in water, effectively becoming a very powerful water style user. Minato specialized in wind, creating Rasengan. Just because you assume that they know fire style, doesn't mean that they do. They haven't been shown to use it.

Where did Kakashi learn his fire style from? He has a sharingan to copy other techniques. He wasn't taught by a Hokage if that's what you're implying.

Tsunade is the most incompetent Hokage the Leaf has ever seen.
I think she could have done alot more work in the mastery of ninjutsu instead of dedicating her entire fighting style to Taijutsu. Oh, I didnt know Tsunade has lightning justu; can u send me the link to the manga?

Medical ninjas aren't even supposed to fight. They're supposed to try to escape any battle if possible because they're too valuable to lose. Tsunade said that she was the exception because of the jutsu she made herself.

Tsunade isnt a fighting type. and notice how shes doing better than Gaara, A and Mei against Madara, who btw use ninjutsu mostly

She used a lightning move to confuse Kabuto's nerves in the Sannin battle in part one.
We have not seen any more lightning moves from her though.
Because of that she is presumed to have Lightning release

She is not the fighting type thus she hasnt bothered much with atk.
I don't think she is incomplete tho considering her tremendous healing power.
