ok folks, what im about to say is just hypothetically speaking. so we all know tobi has 3 holes in his mask. left hole is the sharingan, right hole is the rinnegan, and the top hole is empty. im pretty sure its not there just for a fashion statement.
but if you look at the pic, theres a hole in the center of the 3 eye holes on his mask.
so what i believe is that the byakugan is on the top hole. but since there is no use for it, via sharingan/rennegan being better, that the only reason of him having it, is cause tobi need all 3 eyes to operate some type of technique to shoot a beam through the middle center hole towards the moon , thus , activating infinite tsukuyomi.
NOTE: everybody saying the 10 tails is needed for infinite tsukuyomi is wrong. tobi is the biggest liar ever. hes just saying it to put them off guard. tobi says that beacuse naruto and bee is the only jinchuuriki left, so technically, only they can break out of infinite tsukuyomi. tobi use the 10 tail to try and kill bee/naruto to get them out of the picture.
if you going to ask "if tobi have all 3 eyes already , why doesnt he just activate infinite tsukuyomi already?" durrrr #faceplamyourself is cause bee and naruto is still around...and he dont want noone having a slim chance of ruin his so call peace.
